AeroWeather is a nice application which changes the Windows Aero theme color according to the weather condition of the place you have selected. It constantly keeps on retrieving the temperature and makes the changes in color at necessary moments.
To start with, you need to enter the zip code of location (For US only) to know the temperature of that city. Next, you need to customize the color range between 0-100. There is also a night mode option which will dim the aero color at night. If the maximum temperature is attained, the UI becomes red and when the temperature start becoming cooler, the UI start gaining purplish tinge.
AeroWeather is a nice freeware utility that runs well on Windows 7 ( Aero Enabled) and requires .NET framework 3.5 or above.
